Welcome to szns. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1.The Service

szns provides AI-assisted seasonal color analysis, outfit scoring, a personal wardrobe, and an AI stylist. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2.Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3.AI & Style Suggestions Are Not Advice

Color analyses, outfit scores, and stylist responses are generated in part by automated systems and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Results are subjective, may be inaccurate, and should not be treated as professional advice. You use them at your own discretion.

4.Subscriptions & Payments

• Core color analysis is free. The Drip Scanner is offered as a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and managed by Apple and RevenueCat.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

5.Your Content

You are responsible for the photos and text you provide. You represent that you have the right to use any image you upload and that it does not violate the rights of others. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the App's features.

6.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content;
• Upload images of other people without their consent;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt or overload the App or its backend services;
• Use the App to build a competing product or dataset.

7.Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and its content (excluding your content) are owned by szns and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

8.Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, szns will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

10.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.

11.Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
